Once you register with NYOU IMAGE CONSULTING LLP , you may create your Profile. Your Profile information, as well as your contact information, are displayed to other Users. We may occasionally use your contact information to send you notifications regarding new services offered by NYOU IMAGE CONSULTING LLP and its partners that we think you may find valuable. Refund and Cancellation

  • Session: Any reschedule request/cancellation must be intimated minimum 48 hours prior to session date via email and text. Reschedule request date will be subject to availability
  • Program Cancellation & Refund: All fees paid are NON refundable and NON Transferrable and will be adjusted as cancellation fee. Fees valid for a year from payment date

Each experience and learning varies as per the individual learning ability and interest in self-development. Every person has unique experiences and applies the information in a different way. Thus, the experiences that we share from other people may not reflect the typical clients’ experience or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. However, these results are meant as a showcase of what the best, most motivated NYOU individual programs clients have done and should not be taken as average or typical results.
  • Testimonials are not claimed to represent typical results. All testimonials are from real patients, and may not reflect the typical client’s experience, and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
  • All activities related to shopping, haircut or attending other training programs or consultations can be done under NYOU supervision only.
  • All expenses over and above consultation fee in personal shopping, haircut, skincare, Dining etiquette venue/meal cost or any other external expert recommended will be borne by the client post approval.
  • Additional paid modules/expert sessions may be recommended during the course of the program, if need arises.
  • Subject Matter Experts besides NYOU experts will be involved where necessary.
  • Fees exclusive of taxes. All taxes will be charged as per current rates as applicable (domestic and international)
  • Intellectual Property of all strategy, consultation, creative ideas, courseware, training and tools offered will be with NYOU Image Consulting LLP.
  • Private & Confidential: All information/coaching/recommendations shared is/are highly personalized and customized for each individual and is CONFIDENTIAL. No details of the client and about NYOU and our program shall be shared with any party without the consent of the NYOU Partners. They maybe subject to change in the due course of the program if the NYOU team finds so suitable.
  • Punctuality and adherence to schedules is requested. We request to avoid last minute cancellations which you may restrict to only exigencies.
  • Shared Team Spirit and Enthusiasm

Terms & Conditions - Corporate Solutions

  • Results may vary from person to person. Every person has unique experiences and applies the information in a different way. Thus, the experiences that we share from other people may not reflect the typical client’s/employee’s experience or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
  • Session Venue arrangements & cost to be borne by client.
  • Food + Accommodation (5 Star only) + Travel (Local/Domestic (By Air)/International (Air + Visa + Insurance + Accommodation + Local Transfers) + Stationary to be provided by client for NYOU Team (Mumbai based)
    • Back end operations (In Mumbai) bills of food, travel reimbursement, etc. will be attached with the monthly invoice
  • Please refer proposal validity period.
  • Add on Consultation Fees, Terms and Conditions will be additional and may vary for respective additional requests for any NYOU coaching/training programs or workshops for individuals and corporates.
  • Session Cancellation Policy: Any reschedule request/cancellation must be intimated before minimum 72 hours prior to session date via email. Reschedule request date will be subject to availability. May levy 50% session fees in case of training.
  • Fees exclusive of taxes. All taxes will be charged as per current rates as applicable (domestic and international)
  • Project plan days may vary as per further customization and need.
  • Intellectual Property of all strategy, consultation, creative ideas, courseware, training and tools offered will be with NYOU Image Consulting LLP.
  • External Agencies hired will be trained/supervised by NYOU only.
