NYOU, traditionally started off essentially as image consultants, it is now a recognised and established Indian company that works with organizations, visionaries, self employed professionals on their journeys of holistic transformation with over 50000 hours of coaching, training and consulting in a span of 5 years alone.

Now when you combine Bbhuvaneshwarii’s life experience from being a Mathematics graduate, a young model to a coach, it forms a remarkable career path. It includes over a decade in stints spearheading business operations and people management functions in multiple industries like manufacturing, telecom product sales, real estate business and even government contracts just to name a few.
She brings to table a wealth of insights into research and planning, business strategy development and operations, people management with a global connect. Always a learner at heart, and an expert in skill gap identification she now works with businesses and people in overall development with training and coaching.

And then add Sonal Gadhvi’s academic background in Psychology with two decades of experience in spearheading people development, business development, marketing and operations functions. Having worked her way up the ladder across industries and roles - ranging from IT/ITES and BFSI all the way to Matrimonial, Media & Advertising, and Food & Beverages industries working closely with top management, promoters growing cos and start-ups. She is an expert at understanding human behaviour within and outside the workplace, and uses that knowledge to help individuals and teams excel at what they do.
Her strength lies in diagnosis of an individual and company’s potential and how to get there. Her mantra of “Why so serious!” makes her a natural happiness and confidence coach. She feels she is born to inspire others with her life story.
